MISTAKE 1: Not registering at all. Sure, some couples have been living together for a while and may have all the “stuff,” but your friends and family still want to celebrate your marriage. This is the time to upgrade things like your kitchenware or other essentials.
MISTAKE 2: Not creating the list as a couple. This can be one of the more fun bits of wedding planning, and a perfect activity to do together. Think about the items or experiences you want to enjoy together and make a “date night” for the planning.

MISTAKE 6: Not sending “thank you” notes. It’s kind of hard to believe, but too many people either forget or overlook this common courtesy.
