At BIRKAT ELYON, all orders are shipped via UPS Monday-through-Friday with your choice of Ground, Two-Day or Overnight Delivery. A signature is required on arrival of the delivery. For our customers’ protection, we ship only to the address listed on file with your credit card company. We cannot accept delivery to post office boxes since a signature is necessary for proof of delivery. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via Email.
BIRKAT ENYON strives to ship your orders in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible if the shipping carrier fails to deliver on the scheduled date. Also, please note that if no person is available to receive a package and it has to be returned to BIRKAT ELYON, it will be necessary for the customer to pay the reshipping charge.

Complete customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to BIRKAT ELYON. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it within 10 calendar days of receiving the items. To get a refund, merchandise must be in brand-new condition with original packaging and with original invoice included. Shipping fees are not refundable. Special orders, custom-made or altered items are not returnable or
refundable. As to un-returnable damaged goods, you can send it to us, prepaid and insured, for evaluation of repair possibilities.
How to return an item. In order to return merchandise, call our customer service toll free at (877) 777-8352. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which is only for items eligible in accordance with our Return Policy. Once you have your RA#: ship the package, prepaid and insured, make sure to enclose your copy of the original invoice together with the RA#. We cannot issue a refund for items shipped uninsured which get lost in transit. To avoid loss or damage, be sure to use durable, un-crushable shipping
boxes. Your refund will be credited to the original card on which it was charged.

After placing an order with BIRKAT ELYON, you will receive an Email confirmation which has a link to the status page of your order. Either click on that link or go to our Customer Service web page where you can click on order information and track your package. If your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be displayed so you can track the package with the shipping carrier. Otherwise, you will see the words “order is in progress.” |

You may cancel your order as long as the status is “in progress.” If it is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation is accepted within 48 hours of placing an order. Our Birkat Elyon stones are set in solid 14K or 18K gold or platinum*. You’ll see the carat content stamped right on the jewelry. Our platinum is 950, stamped either Plat or 950. The white gold jewelry has Rhodium plating, enhancing it with a wonderfully shiny, vibrant finish.
Our(10, 12, 14, or 16 mm) simulated pearl necklace is unique in having a beautiful sterling silver ball clasp with a pave´ setting. Stamped 925, this silver clasp has special plating to keep it from tarnishing. |

we’re famous for our own unique and classic designs. But if you
have a special jewelry idea, we will recreate a design to your
specifications. Birkat Elyon respects the copyright laws and
cannot copy copyrighted jewelry but will endeavor to design an
acceptable alternative. We simply can't begin production unless
such orders are paid in full and in advance. Such custom-made items are
considered unreturnable, unrefundable final sales because they
are made especially for the purchaser. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks
for delivery unless otherwise advised. Please Note:
You agree and acknowledge that Birkat Elyon retains the sole
ownership of copyrights to all custom-made designs and has the
right to make derivative works based on designs created during

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If not completely
satisfied with the Birkat Elyon jewelry, return it within 10
days of receipt for a full refund. For more details, please see
our Return Policy. Custom and special orders are not refundable
or returnable. This guarantee does not cover shipping charges to
or from Birkat Elyon.
Birkat Elyon Jewelry Guarantee
All Birkat Elyon jewelry are covered by a one year guarantee
from the date of the original purchase against any
manufacturer's defect in design or craftsmanship, subject to
normal wear. Birkat Elyon reserves the right, at our discretion,
to repair or replace the jewelry under this guarantee. For items
that have been discontinued, Birkat Elyon will offer a
replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards
another in stock item. The jewelry guarantee does not cover
shipping charges to and from Birkat Elyon. Original receipt must
be presented for guarantee to apply. Any item that displays
damage by abuse or misuse will not be covered under the
warranty. Work preformed by any one other than Birkat Elyon will
void any and all warranties, expressed or implied.
Birkat Elyon Stone Guarantee
Birkat Elyon cubic zirconia stones are guaranteed to the
original purchaser to retain their original brilliance and
luster and against cracking and chipping under normal wear. In
the unlikely event that this should occur, Birkat Elyon will
provide a replacement stone with the closest color and cut
available at the time at no charge. This guarantee does not
cover stones that have been lost or damaged due to accidental
causes or shipping charges to and from Birkat Elyon. Fees for
stone setting, and goldsmithing services will also apply.
Original receipt must be presented for guarantee to apply. Work
preformed by anyone other than Birkat Elyon will void any and
all warranties, expressed or implied. |
