After receiving the sample, if you would like to proceed with the order, simply ship the sample item back to us & we will ship the actual item free of additional shipping charge. If you are not happy with the sample for any reason and no longer want the product, simply ship it back and we will isse you a full refund or exhange for another item. We ship via FedEx Monday through Friday with your choice of 2-day or Overnight delivery. All deliveries are on Monday through Friday. A signature is required for all shipments. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
