This exquisite brooch features 12.0 carat cushion cut in synthetic sapphire surrounded by brilliant round cubic zirconia stones. An approximate 21.88 total carat weight, measures 1 3/8 inches (35.0 mm) across. Set in 14K white gold, also available in 14K yellow gold via special order.
