Free Shipping

We offer free two-day delivery via FedEx for USA only, for other countries, please contact a customer service specialist for assistance. Orders for in-stock items are shipped the same day until 5 P.M. Eastern standard time. Most items are made to order to meet your exact requests, please allow 7 to 10 business days for production prior to shipping. For rush orders please contact our Customer Service.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday through Friday with your choice of free two-day delivery or overnight shipping for an extra charge (based on zip code).

All deliveries are Monday through Friday. A signature is required for all shipments. We cannot ship to post office boxes. Once your order ships you will be notified via email.

 

International

All International orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight, shipping rates for each country varies. For shipments destined outside of the United States, duties and taxes may be applicable based on each country's customs laws and regulations. Please note the following conditions:

1. Customs Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and vary from country to country.

2. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.

3. Delays Due to Customs: Customs procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times provided by us. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

4. Required Documentation: We will provide the necessary shipping documents and invoices required by customs. However, additional documentation may be requested by customs authorities, and it is the customer's responsibility to provide any additional information required.
