Each of our cubic zirconia is made from the highest quality raw materials available. The process of creating CZ was originally discovered in Russia in the 1970\u2019s, utilizing laser technology. This unique technique produced CZ with a purity of level 99.9%. Soon after they were discovered, these breathtaking, virtually flawless stones were introduced into the jewelry industry. Today, the majority of CZ manufactured is not made using the superior Russian formula or the quality raw materials required to produce high quality CZ<\/a>. These low quality stones are damaged easily and develop a cloudy appearance overtime. This is why we choose to continue formulating our CZ jewelry with the original Russinan formula and superior raw materials. Each and every Birkat Elyon cubic zirconia is formulated to be the very best in the world.<\/p>\n

Cutting Technique:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hand-cut cubic zirconia jewelry gives off a luminosity that is actually more brilliant than fine diamonds. Mass produced CZ jewelry is machine-cut, producing a lower quality piece.\u00a0 At Birkat Elyon each and every CZ is hand-cut with the same precision used by master gemologists when cutting fine diamonds. Each stone is then individually inspected with a special magnifying glass and all imperfect stone are discarded.<\/p>\n

Polishing Technique: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Each Birkat Elyon cubic zirconia is then hand-polished, with the same precision used in polishing fine diamonds. This technique produces a thinner, more brilliant girdle.
